The company has a total investment of over RMB 300 million, including RMB 200 million in construction investment and RMB

 100 million in working capital.

Located in Yugan County High-tech Industrial Park, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province, the company covers a total area of 40 mu

 (approximately 26,666.8 square meters). It has built 18,000 square meters of modern workshops, office buildings and

 dormitory buildings, and has a R&D and production team of more than 20 people.

The company has exclusively purchased the research results of Zhejiang University on energy storage and temperature-regulating

 "microcapsules", and maintains long-term technical cooperation with Zhejiang University. It is the only manufacturing enterprise

 that owns this new technology.

The company mainly produces "energy storage and temperature-regulating cotton", an intelligent new chemical fiber material.

 This material is prepared by adding energy storage and temperature-regulating "microcapsules" containing phase change

 materials into fibers through the method of blend spinning, and has the functions of heat preservation, temperature regulation

 and air permeability. Due to the heat absorption and release effects of the phase change materials in the "microcapsules" inside

 the "energy storage and temperature-regulating cotton", the products made from it not only have heat preservation performance, 

but also have temperature regulation function, so they have a wide range of uses.

In the future, "energy storage and temperature-regulating cotton" has the ability to replace ordinary down. The down products

 made from it have much better heat preservation, air permeability and comfort than ordinary down, while its price is only 1/5

 of that of ordinary down, which is low-cost. It can be used in a series of related products such as warm sweatshirts, military

 warm products, sportswear, down jackets and tents.

In 2023, the company expanded its production scale, the number of employees increased gradually, and the production structure

 began to be standardized and integrated. At the end of the same year, it started to contact international customers and gradually

 opened up the international market.
